We are proud to now offer supported independent living options for our participants on the Central Coast of New South Wales. Having been around now for two years, we have extended our offering to our families to include SIL, we look forward to providing our participants with a place they can call home. Our Cooranbong property, located on the north-western end of the Central Coast, provides an ideal spot. It's nestled next to the Watagan Mountains and conveniently situated near a park, cafes, and a soon-to-be shopping center. The serene environment of Cooranbong, combined with its proximity to nature and essential amenities, makes it an excellent choice for our participants seeking a tranquil yet connected living space. The natural beauty of the Watagan Mountains offers numerous recreational opportunities, from hiking to bird-watching, enhancing the quality of life for our participants.
Our commitment to expanding independent living options is steadfast. Tribe Disability Support Central Coast is dedicated to offering more Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Individual Living Options (ILO) for our participants. We are excited to announce that another 4-bedroom home will begin construction at Crangan Bay in August, marking our second SIL property. This new development underscores our dedication to providing high-quality, accessible living spaces for our community. Our three-year plan includes expanding our portfolio to include five SIL homes and one respite center for our Tribe family to use and enjoy. Each of our homes is newly built and meets the stringent requirements of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), ensuring that our participants have access to safe, modern, and fully compliant living environments.

Our SIL and ILO options are designed to offer a supportive environment that encourages independence and personal growth.
