To give you an idea of our onboarding process, it typically takes 5-7 days to finalize all formalities and match the right support workers to your needs. Here’s what to expect:

1. After our initial call, your team leader will schedule a meet-and-greet with you.

2. We’ll send over relevant documents for you to sign and add to our system.

3. Based on your requirements, we’ll select the right staff for your team and confirm your start date before support begins.

If you need immediate support, we will do our best to speed up the process for a smooth transition.

Please note that Tribe's office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
