Here’s how to make the most of your 5-minute break:

Sit or stand comfortably. Slowly inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, and exhale for 4 seconds. Repeat this cycle for a full minute. Deep breathing helps reduce anxiety and clear your mind.
