Strengthening Our Commitment to Service Excellence: Tribe’s Commitment to Disability Support Services Central Coast

As we approach our third anniversary of delivering exceptional disability support services throughout the Central Coast and Wollongong families can trust, Tribe is proud to reflect on how far we’ve come and where we’re headed. Over the past three years, we’ve had the honour of supporting more than 200 families across the region. Each connection has strengthened our commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities through compassionate, high-quality support.

With a strong foundation now firmly in place, Tribe is entering an exciting new chapter, one focused on refining our structure and improving how we deliver care. As part of our strategic direction for 2025, we’ve made it a priority to ensure that excellence starts at the top. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the appointment of Rob Watson as our new Operations and Compliance Manager.

Rob brings over 40 years of experience in the disability sector to the Tribe team. His background includes a wealth of expertise, from training and education to policy and leadership. Rob is the founder of his own Registered Training Organisation (RTO), and he has served on several disability-focused boards, always advocating for stronger standards and better outcomes. His leadership will play a key role in ensuring our disability support services Central Coast remain of the highest quality. We’re also incredibly proud to highlight the ongoing contributions of Sunny Thapa, a valued and familiar face within the Tribe community. Sunny has made a lasting impact through his work as our Community Team Leader. He plays a central role in onboarding new clients, supporting families, and coordinating with allied health professionals and support workers. His dedication ensures that every client receives responsive, personalised support, a hallmark of our approach to disability support services Central Coast.

Together, Rob and Sunny are part of our growth-focused leadership team. Their combined knowledge, hands-on experience, and shared values make them ideal guides as we expand and enhance our services. At Tribe, we know that strong leadership leads to stronger support. That’s why we’re investing in the people who will help shape the future of disability support services throughout the Central Coast and Wollongong.

Looking ahead, we’re excited for what the future holds. With a renewed focus on communication, quality, and client-centred care, Tribe is more committed than ever to providing trusted disability support services Central Coast families can depend on, today and for years to come.
